At Once Upon a Tune, we aim to make high-quality live music sessions affordable and accessible, while reflecting the care and preparation that goes into every visit.

*Care Homes:

- 60-minute session: £65

- Intergenerational session with residents and children from an early years setting together together): £85*

*usually the care home and the early years setting pay half of this each.

 

*Adult Day Centres/Assisted Living:

- 60-minute session: £65

 

*Community, Church and Charity Groups:

- 60-minute session from £65

 

*Early Years Settings (nurseries, preschools, childminders):

- Standard 60-minute session: £65

- Themed 60-minute session (e.g. a particular book, emotions, seasonal focus): £75

*Primary Schools (Reception & KS1):

Prices start from £185 for the full morning. Please get in touch to discuss a tailored package.

 

*Children's Music Birthday Parties:

£125 for 60 minutes

£165 for 90 minutes

£200 for 90 minute mini ravers package

 

** Travel costs (applicable to all bookings):

Hull – £16

Scarborough – £18

Beverley – £12

York – £22

Bridlington/Hornsea – £12

Market Weighton/Pocklington – £14

Driffield and surrounding villages – Free (local area)

If your location isn’t listed, or is outside the main town boundary, please get in touch for a tailored travel fee.

*Please note that prices may occasionally be subject to change in line with increases in the cost of living and general business running costs. However, the price quoted at the time of booking will always be honoured for your confirmed session(s).

**Travel fees are calculated based on location and current fuel/travel costs. Whilst these may change over time, any travel fee quoted at the point of booking will remain fixed for those booked sessions. If making future bookings at a later date, travel fees may differ slightly depending on fuel prices and distance travelled.
