Care Homes and Adult Day Centres

Music has the power to reach people in ways words often can’t. At Once Upon a Tune, we bring the joy of live classical piano into care homes and adult day centres, with each session carefully tailored to the needs of the group.

In care homes, our sessions are uplifting and memory-rich – blending beautifully played piano with well-loved singalongs, the opportunity to explore instruments, and colourful props to spark joy, connection and reminiscence. We also offer intergenerational sessions, where residents and children come together to share music. These sessions create a wonderful sense of community across generations, encouraging playfulness, laughter, and meaningful connection.

In adult day centres, the focus is on inclusivity, participation and building skills – combining live music, group music-making, rhythm games and listening activities to encourage confidence, communication and creativity.

Every 60-minute visit is designed to support wellbeing, connection and enjoyment. Whether tapping along, singing together, making music, or simply listening, there’s something for everyone to be part of.

Whether you’re booking for a care home, a day centre or a community group, Once Upon a Tune delivers a personalised, high-quality music experience that leaves people talking about it long after the last note is played.

🎵 Let’s fill your space with music, laughter and connection.

"Hannah did some one to one music sessions with my Mum a few weeks before she sadly passed and I know the experience created treasured memories for her in her final days. Seeing her eyes light up as she sat with Hannah and they made music together on the piano was so wonderful to see. Hannah has such a fabulous way of interacting with residents and really helps bring joy with her amazing talent on the piano and her sparkling personality. I hope she can bring her talent to as many homes as possible to spark the same joy with the residents as she did with my Mum. Thank you Hannah."
